Day 12: This TMS treatment feels like forever. I’ve read three books since I started. Reading really helps distract from the pain. It’s not always enough, but it keeps me focused during the breaks between pulses. Once again, the morning started out with a positive mood. After I’d recovered from the tension of the treatment.

Day 10: Tuesday. I chose to take Tuesday evening as a day of self-care. I went for a drive, had some excellent Mexican food, and explored some personal interests. These concepts make for a late post, but it is also so important to take care of yourself. I didn’t experience the sine wave of moods

Day 9: Monday, day after the Super Bowl for those of you who are sportsball fans, was the 9th treatment of 36. I’m a quarter of the way there! For my former co-workers at DEG – congratulations! This weekend served as a great learning experience as it pertains to how the treatment may be affecting
