About Don

dsedberry_9112015I’m a creative, detail-oriented, and talented problem solver specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM custom configuration and team leadership with several years of experience.

While I am currently located in Mesa, Arizona. I work for a great company named nimblejack that is based out of Indianapolis. We have an office in Scottsdale and utilize our position here to provide services to our west coast clients.

In a past life, I was formerly the Office/Project Manager for the Rotary Club of Indianapolis where I was involved in overseeing the development project of a new membership management and web content manager system. I was actively involved in usability testing and interface design for this project. I was responsible for generating creative graphic designs, page layouts, and newsletter/publication designs for regular club communications.

Before that I was employed by Geek Squad, a subsidiary of Best Buy, for 6 years. I worked as a Geek Squad department manager within two stores located in Kokomo, Indiana and Muncie, Indiana. While in this position, I managed teams of 10-15 agents and resolved pending trouble tickets, addressed customer concerns, and managed scheduling and deployment of staff.

I have a diverse skill set which includes a very unique combination of technical, design, and communication skills that make me an ideal project manager, team leader, team player, and consultant capable of bridging the communication gap between the technical and non-technical individuals. See my resume for a list of skills.

I currently reside in Mesa, Arizona with my wife Laura and our two cats, Fiona and Puck. We enjoy many of the cultural and natural aspects of Arizona, including art, theater, hiking, and local restaurants.

When not being a nimble “jack”, I repair computers, practice coding, find new ways to solve old problems, practice guitar, follow Butler basketball (thanks to Laura) and maintain a personal website and blog concerning current coding project and some of my personal literary works.

Why am I perfect for your organization?
